Job Description

Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing is an award-winning brewery focused on producing low and no alcoholic beer without losing any of the taste. We made our first sale in July 2021 and are looking to complete our fundraising under SEIS by June 2022 to set ourselves up for large sales growth and the opening our own tank bar in London before our second birthday in July 2023.

The head of operations will be a key member of our leadership team and be fundamental to the success of Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing. Our ideal candidate will perhaps be a little bored of their current professional career and wondering if it is truly for them. They will be excited about joining an upstart and being able to get stuck into everything we do. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has some years of professional working experience post-university graduation or a extensive professional experience without further education

  • Looking to bring their experience to the company and use their voice to beat our targets

  • Has an experimental streak; is willing to get stuck into things they know nothing about at the start and get it done

  • Looking for an opportunity to jump into the deep end of an ambitious company and if we hit our goals together grow into becoming our COO…

  • Is sincerely excited about our company and its value

  • You must be based in London.

Sounds straightforward, right? Well, this won’t be an easy gig. We’ll expect a lot from you, especially as we find our feet, but you can also expect the same back. You’ll be our go-to person alongside our founder and will own things on your own. We’ve got big plans and you’ll be in the action helping us to shape and deliver them.

We hire people with personalities. We believe people should feel comfortable in themselves and if you join us, you can be assured that you will be welcomed into the team just as you are. We’re proud to be an inclusive employer - so much so, it’s one of our company values.
