 About you and the role

As a consultant/senior consultant you'll work as part of a small team connecting with and growing our US client base. You will develop strong client relationships, provide clients with insight and strategic guidance, direct workshops and meetings, contribute to business winning and advocacy and lead research and consultancy projects at a senior level.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll do:

1. Develop, manage and retain strong relationships with new and existing clients, quickly building trust.

2. Successfully lead and manage consultancy and insight projects to deliver high quality, actionable insights for clients, on time, on budget.

3. Lead and contribute to business winning and advocacy, including building networks and new relationships.

4. Work with colleagues to translate client needs into research and consultancy projects, centering the voice of the client throughout. 

5. Develop, and help others to develop, innovative ideas and approaches, including new thinking / models, products and services, working with internal and external partners.

6. Represent the company as an expert with clients and at industry events, embodying our brand values and advocating for the impact of our work.

7. Working closely with the US Division Lead to develop and deliver the US market strategy.

 8. Lead in identifying and addressing risks and issues on your projects and accounts.

Your Skills

You'll be the right person for this job if:

  • You have proven experience of delivering consultancy or senior, strategic-level role(s) within any of our sectors.

  • Successful track record building long-term, high-value relationships with new and existing clients

  • You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a self-starting working style and the ability to inspire and lead others.

  • You have significant experience in using data and evidence to generate actionable strategic insights, influencing others and embedding change. 

Applicants should note that, since Morris Hargreaves McIntyre serves a large number of national and international clients, you may be required to undertake work in other U.S locations and overseas (including for clients in UK, gulf states, Australia & New Zealand and elsewhere).
