Job Description

This is a new role and provides the right individual an excellent opportunity to lead the direction of the Fellowship and ensure we continue to make strides in creating a user led movement through which fellows can have a lasting positive impact on the lives of children and families. The Fellowship will be 1,500 strong next year and will continue to grow year on year, so by moving to an organising model, we have the opportunity to support fellows to have a significant and far reaching impact.

The Head of Fellowship is responsible for the development and impact of the Frontline Fellowship. They will do so by leading the team to support fellows, steadily transitioning the fellowship to an organising model and ultimately increasing the impact of the fellowship. In this role you will lead the team to provide high quality support to fellows, ensure there is clarity about the aims and targets of the fellowship and that the right resources and activities are in place to achieve these targets.

The successful individual will bring a combination of proven excellence in project management, advanced relationship management expertise and experience of (and an enthusiasm for) the power of grass roots organising. We are looking for an influential and energetic leader who is as keen to realise the potential for the Fellowship as we are, and is willing to give their all to make it happen.
