The next General Election presents the best chance in over a decade for the historic election of more Green MPs. The election is expected to be fought on new boundaries - and the brand new ‘Waveney Valley’ constituency, crossing the Norfolk/Suffolk border, will be a real priority.

Building on a tremendous record of local election success, which makes the constituency a straight Green/Conservative battleground, we’re looking to recruit a new Campaign Organiser to work on the election of Green Party co-leader Adrian Ramsay as the next MP!

The successful applicant will assist the Waveney Valley General Election team by recruiting and mobilising energetic volunteer teams in the constituency where none currently exist, building their capacity, and providing training and guidance. We are looking for an individual who loves working with people, hitting the phones, organising events and getting people motivated, skilled-up and engaged in the campaign. Much of this work can be done remotely, though access to reliable transport to travel to, and around, this largely rural constituency would be welcome.

You’ll need to be well-organised and have a real eye for detail, as the work is varied and fast-paced. Experience of campaigning and elections would be a bonus, but full training will be given for the right candidate that is really motivated to see the Green Party succeed.
