The Organisation

ImpactEd Group supports education and purpose-driven organisations to maximise and realise their potential. The Group does this by helping its partners to be consistently impactful and operationally sustainable.

ImpactEd Group is made up of ImpactEd Consulting and its specialist practices, ImpactEd Evaluation and ImpactEd Philanthropy. In addition, ImpactEd Group also incubates The Engagement Platform (TEP).

Drawing on domain expertise and technical skill, ImpactEd Group aims to be the first port of call for leaders across the system.

  • ImpactEd Consulting offers strategic and operational support for its partners, to address challenges and underpin carefully managed growth.

  • ImpactEd Evaluation works with schools and organisations, such as multi-academy trusts and education organisations, to analyse the impact of programmes and interventions to help partners do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.

  • ImpactEd Philanthropy works with partners to achieve their fundraising and giving aims.

  • The Engagement Platform (TEP) measures school and teacher engagement, to support sustainable working cultures.

Since being founded in 2017, ImpactEd has worked with thousands of schools and hundreds of education organisations, serving more than a quarter of a million pupils annually. In 2018, we won the Teach First Innovation Award; in 2020 the Fair Education Alliance Scaling Award. Our strategy commits to systemic impact by becoming the first port of call for leaders who want their organisations to be impactful and sustainable.

The Opportunity

In an exciting new role at ImpactEd Group, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Communications and Marketing Manager to shape, manage and execute the communications and campaign activity of the Group, supporting our research unit and practices to maximise their impact.

Working closely with the Group Director, Practice Leaders and Research Director you will help to develop, implement and manage the communications and marketing plan for the Group, as we build the reputation, reach and impact of ImpactEd Group and TEP across the education system. You will have the opportunity to plan campaigns, shape messaging and lead on execution of comms and digital marketing activity. With a wealth of data and insight to draw upon, we are excited by our strategic goal to become the first port of call for advice and support for education leaders. We understand that central to achieving that aim will be how successful we are in building awareness of our work and what ImpactEd Group and TEP have to offer.
