Interested in joining our team? We are hiring a People & Culture Summer Student located in the Calgary office. This 4-month term will be available starting in May 2019. Our People & Culture (traditionally known as Human Resources, or HR) department gets involved in all elements of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, development, team building, performance, wellness, succession planning, and rewards. This department also includes Communications and Community Investment.

Students will have challenging and relevant work, strong mentorship and the opportunity to learn more about what we do and how we do it. Students make a meaningful and positive impact on our business and our culture while gaining valuable academic development.
