By using business as a force for good, our collective vision is to create an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.

If you prefer, you can easily opt out of answering these questions.

  • Once we have anonymously reviewed your answers, you will be contacted via email within 2 weeks with either an invitation to an interview or an email explaining why you did not receive an invite to an interview based on our review.

We understand that candidates come from a variety of backgrounds and may have differing levels of access to resources and support networks.

To democratize the application process, we acknowledge and accept the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools by candidates when preparing their application responses. We believe that AI tools can offer support and resources, particularly to those who may not have access to extensive personal or professional networks. This approach aligns with our commitment to equity, providing all candidates with an opportunity to showcase their skills and potential in a more balanced and fair manner.
