The Opportunity   

We have an opening for a summer student position supporting our Legal team. Individuals must be able to work from our Denver office. This role will assist the team with day-to-day operations and special projects. The successful applicant must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new technology. Safety is our top priority, so all students must understand and operate within our safety guidelines. As a member of this team, you will be the contact point for various internal and external stakeholders, so your communication and interpersonal skills should be excellent.  


What You Will Do  

  • Legal research and writing  

  • Drafting documents   

  • Document review and discovery   

  • Interest in natural resources law, corporate law, environmental compliance, or contracts     


The Requirements  

  • Second-year law student, or equivalent, in an accredited juris doctorate degree program  

  • Availability to work full-time, from May through September, open to a split summer
