The Evidence and Evaluation Manager will work in a small, focussed team responsible for commissioning high quality, robust evaluations of Youth Futures Foundation-funded projects and collecting high quality evidence of what works to support young people into good jobs.

 The Evidence and Evaluation Manager will support all aspects of Youth Futures evaluations, from design to dissemination. This will include: working closely with Youth Futures’ grants teams to ensure grant-funded programmes are supported within the set-up phase; supporting grantees through their evaluation journey and ensuring that all evaluation and evidence outputs are consistently high quality and make clear, practical and impactful recommendations for practice and policy.

 Please note this is a 12-14 month fixed term maternity cover role.
