Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and talented candidate with sales and stakeholder engagement experience to join Ambition Institute as a Associate Manager, School Partnerships to support the East Midlands, Yorkshire & Humber school region on a permanent basis.

The Associate Manager, School Partnerships will support the School Partnerships team to efficiently and effectively build and develop relationships with schools and school groups in the region. The role plays a key part in generating interest on our programme offer from these groups to achieve set sales targets. The Associate Manager, School Partnerships will report to the Area Director, East Midlands, Humber & Yorkshire.

This role will require experience of building relationships with customers and working effectively with decision-makers and of effectively working towards sales targets. To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator, ideally with experience of working in the UK education sector.
