Wales Campaigns Manager
The Green Party
- Closing: 10:00am, 30th Nov 2026 GMT
Job Description
The Wales Campaigns Manager role is key to the Green Party’s ambition to dramatically scale up its presence and impact on the Welsh political scene, bringing real hope and real change.
In 2024, the Green Party achieved historic success with four MPs elected to Parliament and record vote share across the UK and has grown hugely since. In 2026 we elected our first two Senedd Members and aim to continue to go from strength to strength in Wales.
The Wales Campaigns Manager will play a pivotal role in making our electoral vision of many more MPs in Parliament and Senedd Members happen.
You will
Lead the development and delivery of the Green Party’s Welsh electoral strategy, translating national priorities into coordinated plans for parliamentary, local and other relevant elections.
Manage and develop the Welsh campaign staff team, oversee support to priority constituencies and the wider network of local parties, and provide direct strategic support to significant or complex campaigns.
Work collaboratively with local and Welsh party officers, candidates, volunteers and national colleagues to strengthen campaigning capacity, coordinate resources and fundraising, and improve electoral performance within agreed organisational priorities and delegated authority.
As part of the Green Party’s Field team, you’ll join a dynamic network dedicated to empowering local parties, growing activist bases, and winning elections to bring about meaningful change.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled, inspiring leader with a passion for elections and with a track record of leading successful long-term projects.
Applications to be submitted by 10am on Monday 30 November 2026 via the Party’s Applied recruitment system. Interviews will take place between the 3rd and 11th December.
