Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone to be an essential support to the Partners and team and a trusted go-to colleague to help us get things done.
You will be at the heart of the organisation, across the Partners’ broad range of responsibilities and making sure things happen efficiently and effectively. No job will be too big or too small. You will approach each task with a positive and proactive attitude and help to continually drive the team forward. You will be super organised, love to multi-task and an exceptional communicator.
You will be an important part in working with us towards our mission to back founders re-imagining industries and using business as a force for good.
Key responsibilities:
Clean inboxes and clear minds: diary, email and contact management including scheduling meetings for productive working days, managing communication and traffic controls, pre-drafting responses for review/sending as appropriate;
Arranging work trips: Coordinating flights, accommodation and transport as needed.
Keeping the wheels turning: general firm admin to keep us moving in the right direction (whether it be assisting with onboarding, recruitment, insurances, coordination of document signing and file management, service-provider agreements or general day-to-day tasks)
Documentation and reporting: Supporting the team in preparing documentation and reports. Preparing agendas, minutes, board packs, first cut of presentations, proofreading final versions, spreadsheets etc.
Entertaining: working alongside the team to coordinate events (for our investors, team and stakeholders) e.g. invitations, venue, rsvp, dietaries, catering, AV, signage, etc
Trusted to work out problems and lead special projects: preparing business cases e.g. new memberships and renewals and arranging tenders for service providers e.g. IT provider
Partner management: support Partners to be the first eyes on documents, gather and synthesise information to allow them to make informed decisions;
Personal Support: Ad hoc support as required for Partners.
Key Skills & Experience:
You have experience in a similar Team Assistant or Executive Assistant role - we value quality of your experiences over years of experience;
You’re proactive by default and quick to anticipate and respond to needs before they arise juggling multiple priorities at once;
You’re extremely organised and detail focused;
You’re dependable, hardworking and proactive;
You’re a trusted partner to the leadership team and comfortable handling confidential information;
You’re a team player and no job will be too big or too small;
You understand people and can read the room and know how to work with different personalities and styles with exceptional communication skills.

This role is full-time with flexible hours.
