The Opportunity  

We have an opening for a Student position supporting our Workplace Services team. Individuals must be able to work in our Denver office. This role will assist the team with day-to-day operations and special projects. The successful applicant must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new technology. Safety is our top priority, so all students must understand and operate within our safety guidelines. As a member of this team, you will be the contact point for various internal and external stakeholders, so your communication and interpersonal skills should be excellent.  

What You Will Do  

• Visitor management

• Answering and directing all incoming phone calls

• Daily office and meeting room maintenance

• Office supply inventory and ordering

• Document scanning

• Invoice coding

The Requirements  

• Minimum one year of completed post-secondary in an undergraduate degree program  

• Availability to work full-time for two months, June and July
