The Opportunity
We have an opening for a Student position supporting our Workplace Services team. Individuals must be able to work in our Denver office. This role will assist the team with day-to-day operations and special projects. The successful applicant must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new technology. Safety is our top priority, so all students must understand and operate within our safety guidelines. As a member of this team, you will be the contact point for various internal and external stakeholders, so your communication and interpersonal skills should be excellent.
What You Will Do
Visitor management
Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
Daily office and meeting room maintenance
Office supply inventory and ordering
Document scanning
Invoice coding
The Requirements
Minimum one year of completed post-secondary in an undergraduate degree program
Availability to work full-time for two months, June and July
