The Role

We are looking for someone to join our team who supports our clients on their digital analytics, creation, implementation and maintenance of tracking, and providing technical onboarding support to new clients.


Our ideal Performance Analytics Executive:

  • Creates tags and updates tagging guidelines for clients

  • Delivers tag implementations to briefs within timelines, setting expectations and advising on requirements as needed

  • Consults on briefing template design for seamless communication and execution

  • Provides technical onboarding support to our clients, focusing on tag integrations

  • Supports clients in queries related to tag implementation using Tag Management Systems including Google Tag Manager, through Direct to Site implementation, and incorporating integration through platforms such as Shopify

  • Can implement, and troubleshoot issues with, client tag set up across Google, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest and Facebook platforms, including conversion API integrations

  • Supports in adding data layers, implementing GTM or actual technical implementation on site where required


  • Ensures client tags remain up to date and does regular health checks

  • Upsells additional services within the AT&A team

  • Is able to communicate effectively with clients and build a strong relationship

As this is an entry level position, you’ll be taken through a robust training program, upskilling you in multiple areas of digital analytics and tools including:

  • Deploying and leveraging Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

  • Deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining tracking on a client’s website for platforms including Facebook, Google, Pinterest and Microsoft ads

  • Leading on client communications related to technical onboarding and supporting clients with tracking queries. 

  • Upselling Analytics services to clients

As you learn, you’ll be working on a range of projects, with the support of the team, across brands in various verticals.

Outside of training, your day to day will focus on tagging implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting and liaising with clients on tracking integrations - whether that’s implementing the tracking yourself or supporting the clients to do this, with the team’s support you will be given responsibility for all client communication related to technical onboarding!

Alongside this, you’ll also get the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from teams across various channels in the Performance team (Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display) on various tracking projects across a variety of partners.
