Job Description

We're looking for a diligent Customer Experience team member with a keen eye for detail to join our team 

Getting a mortgage is complex, frustrating and slow. At Habito, we’re transforming mortgages: making them faster and simpler for customers.

Our Customer Experience team is the first point of contact for our customers and an integral part of the operations team. You’ll help customers navigate our website, and get them in front of the right team member at the right time.

You’ll be part of a diverse team with years of mortgage experience amongst them. It’s a fast-paced and ever-changing environment – if something’s not working well, we’re not afraid to change it. We’re each a proud part of our longstanding 4.8* Trustpilot rating with over 8,300 reviews.

More about what you’ll do:

  • Use online chat to talk to customers, give them information and guidance, help them navigate our website, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Understand our product and services inside out, and stay up to date with the latest changes to our platform.

  • Use live chat, email and Slack to communicate with our customers and the team on weekdays and weekends.

  • Be the voice of the customer. Spot the trends in customer feedback and help the team anticipate and solve issues proactively.

  • Escalate any issues to engineering, product, marketing and operations teams.

  • Work within a fantastic team, sharing shift work between 9am and 9pm Monday-Thursday and 9am and 6pm on Fridays.

The Candidate

  • 6 -12 months experience in a customer success team or someone who is starting off in the industry and eager to learn*

  • Advantageous to have a working knowledge of the mortgage broking process.
