Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Just Climate LLP is experiencing rapid growth demonstrated by new strategy launches and co-investment funds being built with our strategic partners. Collaborating with the Investment team to manage investment transaction execution from a finance perspective;
Assisting the Client team with fundraising matters, investor due diligence and ongoing investor relations;
Monitoring of the quarterly NAV computation and CAS production;
Review of the fund quarterly and annual reports;
Coordination of year end reporting process and liaison with the auditors;
Review of distribution and drawdown notices;
Involvement in production of quarterly board papers;
Building relationships with key service providers to ensure efficient process delivery; and
Contribute to team objectives and propose process improvements.
