We are looking for extra support in Worcester City, growing our team, to cover preparation for the Local Elections, with the goal of the Parliamentary Elections in 2029. We need a talented, driven and organised individual to help us scale up and seize this moment.

As our Campaign Organiser, you'll be at the heart of an exciting time for the Green Party. From coordinating volunteers to delivering winning ground campaigns, this is your chance to help elect record numbers of new councillors and ensure our General Election ambitions are woven through everything we do.

The Local Party in Worcester needs someone who can hit the ground running, turn energy into action, and help make our vision a reality. You will be a natural relationship builder and motivated to deliver ambitious election campaigns.

Working closely with local campaign teams, volunteers, candidates and elected representatives, the postholder will play a key role in building campaign capacity, coordinating volunteers and supporting the delivery of effective local election campaigns. Through strong organisation, relationship building and practical campaign support, the role will help turn local enthusiasm into well-planned, high-impact campaigning activity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving tangible results. The successful candidate will be proactive, well organised and able to build positive relationships with a wide range of volunteers and stakeholders, helping to create an engaged and effective campaigning community across Worcester.

Previous employment within party politics is not essential; we recognise that opportunities to gain professional political campaigning experience are limited and encourage applications from people who can demonstrate the skills, behaviours and commitment required to succeed in the role.
