Job Description
Job title: People & Talent Coordinator
Department: People
Salary: A competitive salary is available plus great company benefits
Location: Flexible hybrid working, 3 days in office (Farringdon) and 2 days working from home
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, and motivated People & Talent Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Senior People Team and the wider People Team with administrative tasks for the business.
We’re looking for someone who is super personable and mega organized, a real people person who loves to build relationships with individuals at all levels. A positive and ‘can – do,’ attitude is essential for this role with the ability to thrive in an ever developing and rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
HR administrative support: maintaining the employee database systems, arranging meetings and appointments, handling incoming and outgoing HR inbox queries.
Answering enquiries from internal employees, managers and candidates for vacancies.
Leading onboarding for new employees to your relevant site and providing information about benefits.
Assisting with general HR reporting
Supporting the Recruitment Lead in the management and execution of the Little Moons Recruitment plan and strategy for 2024 and beyond
Recruitment administration: publishing and editing job listings, arranging interviews and management of candidates.
Maintaining Little Moons recruitment platform, screening CVs and hosting early-stage interviews.
Ownership of weekly & monthly data reporting on HR KPIs and Management Information.
Building strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels as well as candidates at all levels.
Supporting the People Team in any ad-hoc tasks including data collection and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Supporting the People Team in any HR related activities.
Contribute to the business’ Sustainability strategy by delivering your Brighter Future Sustainability objectives.
On site presence is required to foster employee support and build the HR presence by being in the office at least 3 days a week.
Essential Requirements:
Ideally 1 years experience/exposure in an HR / Recruitment assistant position or equivalent skill-based role working closely with internal and external stakeholders and candidates
Thrives in a fast paced environment with excellent time management skills who is able to work towards tight deadlines
Adaptable with the ability to pivot and change approaches and priorities depending on the needs of an ever growing and evolving company
A naturally organised and inquisitive person, someone who loves to create and continuously improve processes and ways of working
Able to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships
Ability to accurately document, record and maintain information and data.
Ability to work with high self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
A responsive and confident communicator with great listening skills
Team player
Integrity - the role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information
Strong MS Suite skills, including PowerPoint, Office and MS Excel are essential
