The Role
An exciting new role has opened in our newly formed UK Growth Team. This new team of marketing experts are supporting our award winning specialist teams and partnering with our clients to navigate the complexities of modern marketing customer journeys, identifying the levers which will drive growth. We are looking for a “T-Shaped” Marketer who thrives when being confronted with brand new challenges and has a keen eye for opportunity to transform our client’s strategy to achieve and exceed their Digital objectives. You will be passionate about all aspects of Digital Marketing and keen to utilise your knowledge and take the next step in your career to impact a range of clients in the retail, fashion, lifestyle, and sports industries.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is a self starter, to be core in scoping, advising and building on client’s digital strategy, identifying new opportunities in line with client goals and have the autonomy to make an impact on a growing team; ultimately becoming a go to expert for clients and delivery teams vision. Whether it would be seeking opportunities on where we can bring client’s use of our Digital Services to that next level or mapping and strategising for new growth areas, you will be constantly innovating and driving the business forward

Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to other departments, establish new ways of working internally as we grow, build your own progression path and receive bespoke training along your career journey.
As our Growth Strategist you will:
Partner with our clients to understand their objectives, key drivers and help address some of their differing pressure and complex strategic challenges
Educate and advise our clients on our complete Incubeta Service offering and the value we can add as a business
Support our clients in defining their short and long term Digital strategies and shaping initiatives for business to unlock value and growth
Collaborate with our internal expert Partnership team to develop innovative and performance driven strategies for prospects
Communicate data led insights to inform clients about their overall business performance and support them in their business decisions
Create market maps for clients, detailing what competitors of clients are doing in the space and identifying areas of opportunity
Utilise your creativity and storytelling skills to present insights to clients and new opportunities

Learning and Development
We have an in-house team of learning specialists who will ensure a smooth transition into your role and the wider business. As a minimum, you’ll have a forward looking development review every 6 months to discuss your career goals and our L&D team will be on hand to support you to get there.

Salary
Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
