What this role means to us

Technology is core to what we do at Pace. Our SaaS platform is used daily by an extensive global customer base to understand and optimise their businesses - and our engineers are crucial to delivering that platform.

You’ll be responsible for…

  • Working with Product Managers and Tech Leads to understand the user problems and define a solution

  • Working with back-end engineers to agree what supporting microservice features are required

  • Building great user-facing features in React, TypeScript and GraphQL

  • Significant commercial experience with the “Facebook Hipster Stack”: React, GraphQL and some flavour of strongly-typed compile-to-js languages (TypeScript/Flow/Rescript).

  • Comfortable working across the stack, including the GraphQL backend.

  • You relish solving problems with a lot of autonomy. You and your team are collectively responsible for what gets built, not any exec or big customer that's been sold something which doesn't exist yet.
