We are inviting candidates who share that vision and believe in our mission to put themselves forward to join our Board of Trustees. This is a fabulous opportunity to join Ashden’s high performing and vibrant board as we seek to grow our impact at a critical time in the climate emergency.
We seek candidates who could join our Finance and Operations Committee with suitable backgrounds in finance and early stage businesses/investment, as laid out in the person specification. This is an unremunerated role, and the term of trusteeship is three years, renewable to a maximum of three terms.
Application Process
We use BeApplied, a behavioural science-backed recruitment platform that reduces bias, improves quality of hire and increases diversity. You will be asked three sample questions which will be scored anonymously by the hiring team. Once all answers are scored, we will look at candidate CVs and make a shortlist for interview.
Interviews will take place in-person during w/b 16 March 2026 at our office in Victoria. We will reimburse off-peak travel expenses.
