We are a growing team of Seismic Changemakers, and we are now seeking a new Sustainability Comms Manager to help drive forward the next phase of impact and business growth.

The role


We’re looking for an action oriented individual ready to take on a Sustainability Comms Manager role that promotes the value of social and environmentally conscious business.  You’ll be delivering an exciting mixture of impact consulting and communications. 


Key responsibilities will involve managing Communications projects on behalf of our clients, which will include:

  • Project managing and overseeing a programme of comms work.

  • External comms - increasing customer/consumer engagement for our clients through their impact stories and ESG strategy.

  • Internal comms - Employee engagement in a company's impact agenda and sustainability literacy training.

  • Social Media: Managing impact campaigns for our clients on their social channels. 

  • Content creation: developing inspiring content, including blogs, infographics, videos and animations.

  • Impact Reporting - Preparing clients’ impact reports, collating impact metrics and sharing in a compelling report.

  • Copywriting: Writing thought leadership editorial and developing impact messaging and narratives.

  • PR: Identifying and sharing sustainability stories with key press, undertaking media relations, securing features and collating coverage.

We are looking to hire for this role as soon as possible, so interviews will be on a rolling basis.

About you

  • You believe that humanity and businesses need to make a seismic shift in the right direction and want to work with a company that is making meaningful change.  You want to champion our clients, helping them to communicate their impact journey. At the same time you want to work in a friendly, collaborative and empathetic team, hand in hand with Sustainability Consultants, together delivering impactful projects for high-profile clients.

  • You have at least 3 years of communications experience, working with clients to create and deliver a communications strategy. You will be working with our Head of Communications, who will guide and train you, so you will have a supportive mentor and the opportunity to learn and gain new skills and experience. 

  • The ideal candidate is someone who is a go-getter, not afraid of a challenge, has an entrepreneurial spirit, likes the freedom and creativity that comes with working for a small, high growth team. It is vital that you are self motivated, energetic and a great team player. 



Location

Ideally, you will be within commuting distance of one of our offices in London, Berlin or Luxembourg with flexible home working. We are also open to candidates from across the UK, Luxembourg and Germany to work from home with occasional visits to the office. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.


Working Hours

We believe in flexible working hours to better suit our personal lives while being considerate of each other and our clients. We generally work office hours but trust each other to make fair decisions.
