As Lumio’s Operations Manager, you will partner with our Chief Operations Officer, Adrian (aka Rian) and Operations Exec Katie Pritchard to build solid operational foundations across Lumio to scale and achieve its mission of becoming Europe's most personalised finance app for people to control and grow their money.

You’ll help Adrian grow Lumio’s in-house Operations capabilities, with a focus on systems operations and the opportunity to develop skills for progression to Head of Operations.

At an early stage of our mission, we’ve raised over £1m through crowdfunding and developed amazing technology. We’re at a critical junction in our growth and need your help.

As Operations Manager, you’ll have these skills 😎

  • Organisation design to drive business change and enable Lumio to scale sustainably

  • Metric definition and business reporting to enable collaboration and data-driven results

  • Make big contributions to Lumio’s operations. You'll be feeding into systems upgrades as soon as you’re ready and getting stuck into our agile process from the very start.

  • Develop a structured process for delivery management embedded within Lumio's organisational design.

  • Optimise the delivery flow and strategic growth across engineering, finance, growth, marketing, product, supply chain and operations

  • Work with Lumio’s leadership team to plan for Lumio's growth ahead of our Series A round.

  • Shape our process - we love a good retro and continually inspecting and improving how we work is core to how we work as a team.
