The National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) is a school-led development trust that spotlights the best ways to develop the nation’s educators - from initial teacher training, through to system leadership. This is an exciting time to join the team and to be part of a fast-growing, developing organisation.

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive ITE Admissions Coordinator to support with the coordination of our admissions which involves managing expressions of interest, processing applications and managing all aspects of interview coordination and administration.

Naturally, you’ll be adept in the use of MS Office software packages, such as Word, Excel and Outlook. You’ll also have the people skills to communicate sensitively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll have some understanding of, or interest in, Teacher Training and the education sector. It would also be helpful if you’ve had exposure to events management, and education programme planning - particularly within a national organisation with multiple regional offices.

This is a flexible, hybrid role with a mixture of days in the office and at home, and you’ll need to be available in-person, depending on organisation priorities. The office is based in Harris Institute, Peckham.

  • Working with the Regional Recruitment Manager and Partnerships and Marketing Manager, as required, to highlight challenges within pipelines, and to coordinate interventions as necessary.

  • Managing and maintaining all CRM and data responsibilities for ITT recruitment within the region.

  • Supporting with wider administrative or general responsibilities as required by the team.
