Job Description

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and talented professional to join our Facilitation Planning and Assessment team as a Senior Facilitation and Planning Co-ordinator (internally known as Facilitation and Planning Senior Associate) on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for leading on the scheduling and planning processes for our events on our Early Careers Programme (ECT), as well as our 1:1 Mentor Coaching provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the ECT team, Technology and Events team on the delivery of a large scale programme.

Your day to day tasks will include matching facilitators to events therefore you need a sound understanding of summer holidays and the impact of internal faculty peaks in other programmes during the same period. Inputting programme curriculum into online platforms or Excel is also something you will do as part of your role.

Working in a hybrid way, you’ll report to the Facilitation and Planning Manager and be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office. In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by us.

This exciting role is varied and complex and will require experience dealing with data management with strong data processing, reporting and analysis skills. It is essential that you are a self-starter and can work independently. You must have advanced excel skills, have the ability to get up to speed quickly and be able to break down complex information into digestible forms.

Applications will be considered for all office locations.
