About the Job

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to join our team as a Client Success Manager based in New York. The ideal candidate for this role will have several years of working in a client-facing role within the digital marketing industry; knowledge of paid media channels is essential.

• Working as a key point of contact to service US clients managed by the UK delivery team. Clients will be operating on mainly performance-based commercials across multiple channels.

• Regular communication with clients, delivering presentations and reporting. Working with clients to understand and help delivery teams achieve their long-term growth objectives and explore new opportunities for growth.

• Working closely with the sales team on pitching our services.

• Attending conferences and networking with potential clients.

• Building strong connections with key partners.

• Visiting existing clients and building strong relationships with them.

• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the industry and contributing to marketing content 

Requirements:

• Experience in a client facing role in the digital marketing industry, knowledge of paid channels essential.

• You are an energetic, positive, and dynamic people person

• You love to meet new people and have strong negotiation skills

• You are attentive to detail with exceptional communications skills

• You are organized and can manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
