Little Moons are bite-sized, handheld balls of artisan gelato, cheesecake, and ganache wrapped in a soft and chewy rice flour dough, creating a distinctive snack bursting with flavour.

Founded in 2010 by sister-and-brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, Little Moons first found its roots in high-end restaurants. Over the last decade, the brand has transformed retail snacking, with its retail packs sweeping the frozen and chilled categories across grocery and food service.

Little Moons has rapidly established mochi—and frozen and chilled snacking more broadly—across the world. In 2025, we generated more than £50m in revenue, and in 2026 we continue to drive towards high levels of growth. We are also a Certified B Corporation, reflecting our commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification places us within a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.

We are incredibly proud of the culture we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people—smart, passionate, interesting, and funny—who work hard to support and live our values, all while keeping our mission front of mind.

The Role:

Be part of a team that turns insights into action. This role focuses on using data-driven insights to shape growth in the frozen and chilled snacking category across key markets. Working closely with the category team, you’ll turn numbers into clear, actionable recommendations that help us win with retailers and shoppers. From uncovering trends to translating data into compelling stories, you’ll support strategies that deliver results from the UK to France and beyond. It’s an opportunity to build analytical expertise, collaborate with brilliant teams, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, global FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare regular category reports to support business priorities across key markets.

  • Work alongside our Senior Category Manager to develop insights and recommendations for different markets.

  • Help translate data into straightforward stories that our retail partners and internal teams can act on.

  • Respond to data requests from sales teams and retail partners, building your understanding of what different stakeholders need.

  • Develop your expertise in industry-standard tools including NielsenIQ (retail market data) and Power BI (data visualisation).

  • Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company's linked OKRs. Support your function too.

Essential Requirements:

  • Exposure to or background in FMCG category management, insight, or analytics - ideally within food & beverage. Strong graduates with demonstrable data/analytics skills are encouraged to apply

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with demonstrated ability (or eagerness) to work with datasets

  • Familiarity with EPOS data and insight tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana or similar) - or a demonstrable ability to learn quickly

  • Ability to turn data into clear, practical insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills - able to present findings clearly to internal stakeholders, with the opportunity to develop customer-facing skills over time

  • Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and develop

  • Language skills (particularly French) are desirable but not required.
