Job Description
About Future Group
Future Group is not your traditional financial services company – we're a collective of super funds and services committed to changing our planet now for a better tomorrow. When you join us, you’ll become part of a team united by a clear and important mission: to lead the investment movement by advocating and campaigning for a future worth retiring into.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our purpose-led high-growth scaleup as our People & Sustainability Coordinator. You’ll be a driving force behind optimising our people system stack and delivering workforce metrics, and will play a pivotal role in coordinating People & Sustainability initiatives and supporting our Executive Director, People & Sustainability. You’ll foster a positive work environment and enhance employee well-being by supporting the wider People & Sustainability team across a number of projects - from championing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives, optimising candidate and hiring manager experience during recruitment activities, and creating top notch employee experiences and social activities, your contributions will shape the very fabric of our organisation.
Your north star will be the transformation of our workplace culture into one where all individuals feel valued, empowered, and inspired to thrive.
And the best bit, you’ll get to work with some fantastic work mates. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with passionate individuals who share a commitment to excellence and innovation. Our team is characterised by its energy, creativity, and dedication to making a difference. We value collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity, and we're excited to welcome someone who shares these values and can contribute their unique perspectives and talents to our collective success.
We strongly encourage applications from people with diverse lived experience and identities, as the problems we face are complex, and the more diverse our team is, the better our solutions become. We are a team that is all about building a strong workplace culture, that's not only diverse, but competent. We are always learning and doing better together, and holding ourselves to account on our values.
Future Group values lived experience and we encourage applications from people with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds, who have caring responsibilities, from culturally and racially marginalised groups, people with disability, people who experience ageism, LGBTQIA+ people, and people who experience social exclusion because of their social class.
If you require any adjustments throughout the recruitment process, please reach out to our talent team at careers@futuregroup.com.au. We want to ensure our recruitment process is equitable for all, and we’ll happily make any reasonable adjustments where required.
