  • You see entrepreneurship as a driver of economic growth and an agent of social and environmental change.

  • You have a strong understanding of the various ways businesses raise investment and access capital.

  • You consider yourself a strong relationship builder and easily maintain contact with an extensive network,

  • Ideally have your own network of relevant funders and ecosystem players in the impact investing space in EMEA

  • You work best on a fast-moving team that is collaborative, and when needed, you are able to take full ownership of a project from start to finish without direct management.

  • You have a very high degree of digital proficiency and are passionate about utilizing technology to streamline communication.

  • You think in terms of systems and how your work fits and interacts with the larger system. You are passionate about working with a team to develop replicable processes.
