We are looking for a freelance creative project and event manager to join our School Support (marketing) team. Three days a week for three months (possibility of extension and additional days). Indicative rate £300 per day.

This role involves working with Oak's School Support (marketing) team to manage a range of projects.

This will include:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of creative and brand projects, from developing briefs to final delivery

• Planning and coordinating events from start to finish, including Oak's upcoming Hackathon events

• Managing the full event lifecycle, from sourcing and managing external suppliers through to marketing the event itself and event day operations management

• Recruiting, and managing the relationship with, external suppliers and agencies

• Managing project budgets and reporting to Oak's finance team

• Communicating with internal stakeholder across the full Oak team

You will need:

• Experience managing the full cycle of creative and brand projects, in either an agency or in-house project management role

• Experience of working with external suppliers

• Experience in providing freelance services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to work at pace with minimal supervision
