Mission

We are looking for an analytical, fast learner who has a desire to learn how to successfully manage an Amazon account and other marketplaces, including Advertising, Analytics and Insight, and Listing Optimisation.

Achieve proficiency in various Amazon-related areas, including advertising techniques, data analysis, and product optimisation.
Perform complex analysis on diverse datasets to extract actionable insights, guiding strategic decision-making and enhancing business strategies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Digital Advertising Campaign Management: Tasked with the creation and oversight of digital advertising initiatives to align with and achieve the organisation's objectives.
Multi-Market Marketing Campaigns: Responsible for crafting and refining marketing strategies across multiple international markets, ensuring simultaneous optimisation and effectiveness.
Budget and Spend Optimisation: Allocate and adjust budgets based on performance.
Data Analysis and Optimisation: Analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance, focusing on conversion rates, engagement levels, and other critical metrics.
Reporting and Communication: Deliver comprehensive performance reports to management, highlighting key findings and progress.
Strategic Recommendations: Offer insights and suggestions for continuous performance enhancement, drawing from internal analytics, competitive landscape analysis, and industry trends.
Competencies
Experience in Amazon is not required, as we will provide the relevant training. However, a passion/desire for learning how to successfully manage multiple Amazon accounts is a must!
