We are looking for a Head of Growth to join smartMonday and play a pivotal role in revolutionising the smartMonday fund and superannuation industry. This position offers a unique combination of strategic leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and the opportunity to redefine how employers and members interact with their superannuation provider.
As the Head of Growth, you will have unparalleled autonomy and influence in shaping and executing smartMonday's growth strategy, driving innovation, and spearheading initiatives that will redefine the industry landscape. Your responsibilities will include establishing the fund's market positioning, identifying target segments, creating compelling value propositions, and shaping the distribution strategy to drive growth. Additionally, you will cultivate a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service, support, and access to innovative financial solutions for employers and members.

We’re looking for someone who:
Believes in Future Super Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
Is a visionary strategist who is capable of analysing market trends and crafting innovative growth strategies to position our fund as a challenger in the industry
Will use reporting and data analysis skills to make strategic decisions, interpret data, track performance, and optimise growth initiatives based on quantitative evidence
Has exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers, and a profound understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
Can execute effective marketing campaigns through traditional and digital channels, leveraging data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities, generate leads/sales and engages the Australia Corproate community
Has project management skills and will facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams, ensuring alignment, smooth communication, and coordinated tasks for successful growth strategy implementation
Above all, an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven, self-motivated, and capable of embracing innovation to position our fund for sustained growth and long-term success
It would be great if you also had:
Financial services sector experience, especially in superannuation or wealth management, is highly advantageous
A strong background in digital marketing is invaluable, encompassing skills such as search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
A strong network within the superannuation or financial services industry is invaluable, offering valuable insights, partnership opportunities, and potential client referrals
As the Head of Growth you will:
Establish the growth strategy for smartMonday to move employers and members to purpose driven superannuation investment
Design and execute the growth strategy, establishing a strong market presence
Win new clients and deliver exceptional customer experiences for employers and members
