We are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging and driven Associate Consultant to join our Projects Team.
About you and the role
As an Associate Consultant you will join the business to learn our values, drives and ambitions, as well as our methodologies, processes and techniques. Your journey will include developing relationships and building rapport with the network as well as understanding the market, our clients and the way we sell.
You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and progress in the path you find challenging, exciting and motivating for you. The skills that you will learn are the following:
• Attracting, screening and selecting candidates for the Freshminds network, introducing them to appropriate opportunities and advising on career journeys; managing and coaching candidates through interview processes and working in partnership with sales to deliver on client briefs.
• Introducing new clients to the business, managing and developing consultative long-term relationships with existing clients; advising on project design and hiring strategies; project managing end-to-end sales processes and working in partnership with the delivery to provide the best candidates to clients' projects.
Responsibilities
Candidate headhunting, screening, shortlisting, briefing, interviewing and process management
Research-based lead generation, client prospecting (online, calling, events & networking) and winning new business
Attending client meetings, candidate meetings and industry events
Writing tailored client approach emails, meeting briefs, job adverts, candidate biographies, interview notes and blogs
Working with marketing to contribute ideas for events and tech-enabled outreach campaigns
