This position will be based in Calgary, Alberta, and reports to the Manager, Safety & Social Responsibility & Corporate Planning. This role will have accountability for driving the health and safety initiatives at Enerplus. As team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Learning from both our successes and challenges is an important part of our culture of accountability; it’s what moves us closer to zero incidents. The successful leader will partner with business and field leaders to execute on Enerplus’ health and safety strategy.
