Job Description
About BIT:
The Behavioural Insights Team is the world leader in applying behavioural science to public policy challenges in order to strengthen communities and improve lives.
We design and rigorously test new ideas across a range of areas such as health, crime and education, to establish what works and what doesn’t. We have helped Tuberculosis patients take their medicine; reduced police susceptibility to cyberattacks; and helped organisations close their gender pay gap.
Role & Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about driving organizational success and ready to join a rapidly growing company? We’re seeking a driven Growth Coordinator to join BIT's EMEA Growth Team.
As part of a small but impactful team, you'll collaborate across all policy and research teams to support business development and bidding efforts. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating bids, tracking progress, and ensuring processes run smoothly. You’ll also contribute to key business development initiatives, such as identifying potential partners, researching funding opportunities, and analysing market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate bidding tasks, including tracking bid progress, managing project folders, responding to Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, and attending Supplier Engagement events.
Maintain bid insights, update portals, and organize post-bid reviews.
Conduct research on potential partners, funders, and competitors, contributing to market analysis and lead generation efforts.
Support reporting and business development strategy across the organization.
About You:
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about public service.
Ability to collaborate, support others, and manage workloads effectively.
Some commercial experience, particularly in public or third-sector bidding, is beneficial but not required.
If you’re ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
