The Ministry of Manpower is looking for an exceptional individual to join Co-Lab. Co-Lab is a multi-disciplinary team that creates human-centric and data-driven policies. We work with departments to understand stakeholders' behaviours, biases, motivations, prototype and test our solutions.

Using behavioural insights and design thinking, we aim to develop a culture of empathy, testing and experimentation in MOM.

You will need to be willing to lead a range of research, facilitation and logistical tasks, and be flexible in your approach. The role involves:

• User research
• Literature reviews
• Data analysis
• User testing, eye-tracker tests
• Randomized controlled trials
• Co-creation workshops
• Training workshops
• Stakeholder management
• Project management

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about improving the lives of employers, employees and fellow MOM colleagues. The ideal candidate would have a background in behavioural economics or psychology, with strong analytical and inter-personal skills.
