About You

• Adaptable coupled with strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset

• Generic knowledge on the technical level/lingo (API / Microservices / Frontend / Google Cloud)

• Knowledge of agile processes and workflows (SCRUM / KANBAN)

• Expert in agile tools (Jira / Shortcut (formerly Clubhouse) / Trello)

• Practical knowledge in defining user journeys, familiar with user experience and UI concepts/flows

The Role 

This is a unique and exciting London-based opportunity for you to work with the Incubeta team based in the Netherlands. Furthermore, you will be a key part of a newly commercialized product team. You will get the start-up influence and excitement while enjoying the benefits of working for a stable and established company. 

You will be accountable for driving forward our Seamless Search product, working with clients, the development team and our search experts to drive product growth.  

As the Product Owner, you will also be accountable for the following:

• maximizing the value of the product by creating and managing the product backlog

• create epics based on the user journeys for the development team

• create user stories for the development team and relay the voice of the customer in the Scrum / Kanban process

• reports on the status of the dev team’s performance (Velocity) and resource allocation

• actively participates in creating resource plans based on the roadmap

You will work closely with the Product Manager and the Head of Product as well as working with the UX/UI and the development team.

Package

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path.  We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
