This role supports the Employer Engagement & Partnerships team to achieve  ambition as part of their strategy to influence employer behaviour and practice to support more young people into employment. This role is critical in supporting the team to manage internal and external facing projects and events, developing and maintaining operational processes to ensure we achieve our organisational targets. You may come with experience of or a passion for tackling youth unemployment.
