Job Description  

Purpose 

The Sales Team Coordinator helps our sales team to sell remarkable homes by carrying out key administrative duties. As a first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and assisting with listing updates, the Sales Team Coordinator ensures we can deliver world-class service to our clients through a responsive, warm and informative approach.  

  Responsibilities 

Responsibilities are varied and include both client-facing and internal tasks, such as:   

  • Answering the phone and responding to emails 

  • Handling viewing enquiries  

  • Listing status changes to the website and portals 

  • Creating and sending mailers 

  • Supporting all aspects of administration, including invoicing. 

  Knowledge & skills 

  • Experience in a customer-facing role 

  • Excellent administrations skills and attention to detail  

  • Strong communication skills (in person, on the phone and written) 

  • An interest in architecture and design  

 

Team 

The Sales Team Coordinator reports to the Buyer Operations manager and sits within the Sales Team. As it is a cross-functional role, it also works closely with the Client Operations Team.
