About You:

  • You have a passion for digital marketing and growing clients performance and relationships 

  • You have experience in all or the majority of Google Ads, SA360, GDN/DV360 & Facebook (this is not a hands-on role though) and can build a strategy across all channels

  • You are proactive and organised

  • You are used to working with a large team and are a team player and supportive of all team members

  • You have excellent time management and prioritisation skills for working across a wide client portfolio

  • You have strong communication and client relationship skills

  • You have a good commercial awareness and can spot new opportunities

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for you to be accountable for a team of account managers and account executives, along with a portfolio of dynamic, award winning clients in the retail vertical across PPC, Social, Display & Video. We are looking for someone who can effectively work with the team to lead and inspire others to drive results, growth and client satisfaction. You will have exposure to other realms of the company like new business pitches, creative & product teams.

You will be accountable for the following: 

  • Mentoring and working with a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure cross-channel strategy is planned and implemented

  • Client servicing, strategy, presenting and reviews

  • Delivering on client targets

We’re looking for someone with experience in Google Ads, SA360, GDN/DV360 & Facebook is required to support the clients and team. You will not need to be building campaigns but will need to have the experience and knowledge to support and project management effectively.  

As part of working with the team you will supporting them with client projects and workflows as well as identifying areas for upselling and new revenue streams for clients. You will have the opportunity to work with external and internal partners to build on activity and test new features.

Salary

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path.  We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
