Job Description
We are seeking a professional coach who:
· is willing to take on a minimum of 12 participants between September 2019 and August 2020
· will deliver 4 coaching sessions totalling 6.5 hours to each participant (session 1 extended to 2 hours if 3-way meeting takes place, sessions 2 – 4 are 1.5 hours)
· is able to deliver the coaching sessions face-to-face and during the working day
· is available to attend an induction day on 17 September to be fully briefed on the context
· Commit to two sessions of individual supervision with our Master Coach and three group supervisions and is committed to continuous professional development and available to attend the coaching network day (date TBC) which is paid at a day rate of £400 plus travel expenses.
We offer all coaches optional group supervision with a Master Coach to support professional development.
Please note applicants are required to live within an hour of Derbyshire – applicants who do not meet this criteria will not be shortlisted.
