Location: Manchester
Salary – £24,000 - 28,000 per annum dependent on experience
Role purpose: As a Quantitative Researcher, you'll undertake database set up and data analysis, working with project teams to deliver insightful, stimulating reports: manage the successful delivery of projects on time, on budget and to MHM’s high standards: help develop innovative data analysis processes; and contribute to a successful team culture.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:
Design and set up quantitative research tools including designing survey scripts and setting up databases and that meet client objectives and MRS guidelines.
Source and analyse secondary data.
Output data, including data cleaning and validation.
Analyse primary and secondary data and actively contribute to insight workshops.
Undertake some primary qualitative research including design, collection and analysis e.g. designing and carrying out depth interviews and group discussions.
Deliver actionable insight to clients: produce deliverables including reports and presentations in collaboration with project teams using the MHM insight process.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, before, during and after projects to generate repeat business and build long-term value.
Project manage consultancy and research projects from initiation to completion.
Your skills
You'll be the right person for this job if:
Are highly organised with rigorous attention to detail.
You have experience of working with quantitative and qualitative research.
Are able to work on your own initiative and work accurately under pressure.
Enjoy working as part of a team with the ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of people.
Are able to explain and present complex issues in an accessible way.
Enjoy learning about new systems and approaches and working out how you can utilise them in your role.
