As a generalist role supporting our school partnerships team, particular responsibilities would include writing high quality impact reports for our school partners, contributing to team processes and administration, and support for acquiring prospective partners, such as researching events for the team to attend and contributing to our website through writing blogs and case studies.

  • Track record of effective process and project management

  • Understanding of the UK education system

  • Experience of data analysis and report writing

As well as this, you are likely to be most successful in the role if you:

  • Have exceptional attention to detail and enjoy setting up and working to clear processes

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, both written and verbally

  • Are detail-oriented, analytical and are happy to spend time reviewing research literature or scrutinising data

  • Share our intellectual curiosity and desire to learn rapidly

Why us?

You would be joining a dynamic social enterprise with opportunities for development and progression in line with organisational growth. We are committed to:

  • Agile and flexible working: responsive management, flexible hours, work from home options

  • Personal excellence: we invest significantly in professional development, including an external mentor for every staff member, an individual CPD budget, and formal and informal training and support

  • Mental health and wellbeing: access to health and wellbeing advice and free therapist support
