About Us

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, is a not for profit social enterprise that works with Government, community groups and specialist partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and wellbeing.

The role of the team spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project and delivery management (coordinating the delivery phase and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Our own funding comes from a group of pioneering social investors, including The Office for Civil Society, Big Society Capital, Pilotlight, Trust for London, who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better.

Stronger Families

Stronger Families is a social enterprise that is a unique and innovative collaboration between the social sector, the local government and a social investor. Stronger Families has been created to work with children, young people and families in Norfolk and Suffolk to access a therapeutic programme with an aim to support families to stay together.

Stronger Families bid and won two contracts with Norfolk County Council and Suffolk County Council, that are also supported by the Big Lottery Fund using National Lottery funding. Stronger Families in Norfolk launched in February 2019 and in Suffolk in March 2019.

In Norfolk, Stronger Families provides access to a therapeutic intervention called Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare for 400+ vulnerable young people and their families while in Suffolk provides access to a therapeutic intervention called Functional Family Therapy for 350+. Both therapeutic programmes are designed to support families to communicate together, with an aim to prevent children and young people from entering the care system. These programmes are intensive, holistic interventions, based on rigorous evidence. It has been structured as a Social Outcomes Contract, which means Stronger Families is paid only if it succeeds in meeting specific outcomes related to keeping the young person with their family and out of care.

Both contracts are delivered by a common specialist delivery partner called Family Psychology Mutual, who brings an extensive experience of implementing evidence-based programmes across the UK.

About the opportunity

As an Impact Analyst you will report into the Head of Data and Analytics, who is also the Co-Founder of Bridges Outcomes work, and work alongside teams on one of our many social impact projects and you will be responsible for:

  • Being the primary lead in creating high-quality analysis and impact reporting that can actively enable the development, improvement, and innovation within services resulting in improving the wellbeing of the people on the programme.

  • Working in collaboration with Programme Leads and Delivery Partners, providing an aggregated, consistent, and holistic representation of programme statistics, exploring the data, and making recommendations to help optimise programme success and services.

  • Identifying areas for data quality improvement; areas for enhancements in both BOP and Delivery Partner systems and processes, reporting on patterns, trends, and root causes to challenges; presenting findings in regularly report format for various stakeholder groups.

  • Being accountable for analysing and updating volumetric and impact-based assumptions and actuals; exploring, patterns and anomalies in BOP data and systems, and producing meaningful insight for colleagues with short, medium, and long-term forecasts to improve programme impact in delivering positive social outcomes.

  • Being primary lead in producing weekly, monthly, and annual reports and insights that aid decision making, using dashboarding to extract analytical values to communicate to technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • Maintaining high standards of process documentation, identify opportunities for process automation and ease of access to information by colleagues across BOP.

  • Working closely with Programme Leads and Delivery Partners to collate and input data referrals accurately and within a timely manner; continually developing and refining data collection processes.

  • Supporting BOP Programme Leads, building relationships with our Delivery Partners and their front-line teams, as required to support the successful outcome of programme milestones.

  • Working in collaboration with colleagues across BOP as subject matter expert attend project meetings and wider forums to represent Programme team.

  • Protecting the integrity of BOP’s databases, carrying out regular audits, reviews, and process to improve the quality of the data on our databases.

  • Working closely with Programme Leads and colleagues in Finance, to ensure invoices for outcomes are processed and paid within a timely manner.

  • Supporting Programme Manager / Programme Director and delivery more broadly across all operational / project management needs, including coordination of team activities providing administrative support, as required.
