About the role:
B Lab Italy is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support daily communications, content creation, and to work closely with community engagement. Reporting to the Senior Communications Coordinator and collaborating with the Senior Community Coordinator, this role ensures our digital channels are up to date and fosters engagement within the B Corp network.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Communication & Digital Content Support (70%)
Regularly update and maintain the website and social media channels.
Create and adapt engaging content (copywriting, basic graphic design).
Schedule and publish posts across platforms.
Monitor social media activity and react to interactions.
Track and report key social media metrics to optimize engagement.
Event & Community Support (20%)
Assist with the logistics of events, including ticketing, event pages (e.g., Eventbrite), and email communications.
Manage follow-up emails and ensure smooth attendee communication.
Assist the operational needs of B Locals and community initiatives.
Help organize and update community resources and documents.
Administrative & Engagement Support (10%)
Assist with PR and outreach efforts in coordination with the community team.
Maintain structured workflows to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ensure timely updates and organization of B Community documents.
Help team members with general operational needs where necessary.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and analytics.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools).
Familiarity with event coordination and logistics (e.g., Eventbrite, email marketing).
Knowledge of PR, outreach, and community engagement best practices.
Interest in sustainability, impact-driven business, and the B Corp movement.
Person Specification

What we offer
The salary for this role is €36700 per year, adjusted based on the location of work and applicable benefits.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid – it is possible to work both from the office in Milan and from home, based on the needs and requests of the team.
