Job Description

Location: London, UK.  22 - 26 Paul Street, EC2A 4QE. 

This role is based in London, UK, with opportunities for flexible and home working.

Candidates must have a valid right to work in the UK.

Salary: £29,500 inclusive of London Weighting allowance (per annum pro rata)

  • Organising effective project team meetings, tracking agendas and actions

  • Organising project stakeholder workshops, meetings and interviews, including managing invitations, travel, venues, facilitation and write-ups and contributing to workshop design and delivery where appropriate

To thrive in this role you will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and successful experience of prioritising a large and diverse range of tasks and managing complex flows of information 

  • High level of attention to detail & communication skills

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office, Google Suite, video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams), and relevant knowledge management databases (e.g. Dropbox) 

  • Research and analysis skills 

  • A commitment to the Forum for the Future culture, values and a sustainable future

  • Personal resilience and adaptability in the face of uncertainty and complexity

  • Self-reflective, with a commitment to continual learning and development

  • A team player – able to work effectively across a matrixed structure and across geographies
