We're looking for an empathetic and organised Case Manager to join our team.

Our Case Managers are at the heart of everything we do: managing ongoing pipelines of applications efficiently and effectively, working closely with Operations colleagues and the wider team to deliver the best results for the customer and empathising with purpose to always put the customer first.

More about what you’ll do:

• Give our customers a 5* experience, helping to set them free from mortgage hell.

• Work as part of the team to proactively, efficiently and effectively manage customers’ applications from submission, to the lender, to completion.

• Manage updates from lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors, and filter this back to customers with comprehensive, jargon-free updates.

• Work alongside our team of Mortgage Experts to ensure the best outcome for our customers.

• Deftly navigate the myriad ways different lenders process applications (we’re a whole-of-market brokerage).
