With a fast growing, passionate team we’re looking for a Member Advocate to be the voice of the members in our contact centre.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Carries great communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Understands of Future Super’s purpose and ability to apply this to member interactions

  • Thrives on interacting with lots of different people every day

  • Is able to talk about complex processes in a straightforward way

  • Enjoys problem solving and learning on the go

  • Thrives on having lots of things on the go, and know how to prioritise
