With a fast growing, passionate team we’re looking for a Member Advocate to be the voice of the members in our contact centre.

We’re looking for someone who:
Carries great communication skills - both written and verbal
Possesses keen eye for detail and can follow (or create) processes to make your job (and other people's working lives) easier
Understands of Future Super’s purpose and ability to apply this to member interactions
Thrives on interacting with lots of different people every day
Is able to talk about complex processes in a straightforward way
Enjoys problem solving and learning on the go
Thrives on having lots of things on the go, and know how to prioritise
