The Opportunity
We have an opening for an Operations Support Coordinator in North Dakota. Applicants must be able to work from either our Dickinson or Killdeer offices. This role has accountability to support our US Operations team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities for day-to-day tasks and project work. The successful candidate will be results driven in a collaborative and supportive team environment and be comfortable with a high workload. Previous experience in oil and gas would be an asset.
What You Will Do
Provide support to the US Field employees, including operations, optimization, maintenance, facilities, and construction groups
Manage and oversee Enerplus fleet program, including maintenance agreement, insurance documentation, and fleet databases, such as WEX, GeoTab, Enterprise
Assist with processing accounts payable, including vendor support, reconciliation, and invoicing
Plan, coordinate, and schedule onboarding, training, and employee functions
Assist with community outreach efforts as needed
Assist as needed, with inventory control, supply orders, and material transfers
Compile, prepare, and distribute various records, logs, and unit reports
The Requirements
Minimum two years of experience in business administration, office management, or related fields; experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
High School Diploma required; Associate degree in related field preferred
What You Bring
A strong work ethic that demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills.
Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which requires strong communication skills to frequently interact with business unit leadership, internal and external customer representatives
An affinity for the details with mature and independent judgment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
