Role Summary

The role of Analyst is an entry-level position at Ada, and will include training (formal, and on-the-job). You do not need prior experience for this position, but the successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and capable of motivating and supervising themselves.

They are an independent worker, thriving in unstructured environments and with a close-knit team. The role has a broad, all-encompassing remit with a high level of flexibility required due to the evolving nature of the business.

The Analyst will be expected to “muck in” with any aspect of business that requires support, which is a great opportunity to learn the multi-faceted nature of a venture capital firm.

Technically minded. Task focused. Detail oriented. Analytical mindset.

  • Ability to work in a team, supporting the team as a whole by proactively seeking opportunities to provide analytical support

  • Ability to work in a relatively unstructured environment where procedures and processes are not always established
